Refund Policy – Beeezz Store

At Beeezz, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our refund policy below:


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Certain items such as opened software, downloadable products, and gift cards are non-refundable.


2. How to Request a Refund

Include your order number, the reason for return, and any relevant photos if the item is defective or damaged.

We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your return. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.


4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3 business days.

  • Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank or credit card account again.

  • Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@beeezz.com.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at info@beeezz.com.


7. Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or wrong item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
