Return policy

1. Return Window

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In new and unused condition

  • In its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals

  • Accompanied by the proof of purchase (order number or receipt)


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Opened software or digital downloads

  • Gift cards or store credit

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair


3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Beeezz is not responsible for returns lost in transit.


5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we’ll gladly exchange it. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your return.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 days.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
